Job Summary: A professional responsible for recording production data, monitoring activities, calculating efficiency, guiding teams, and organizing documentation, ensuring quality targets are met. Key Highlights: 1. Production registration and control, and data collection for productivity analysis 2. Monitoring of production activities and distribution of work orders 3. Organization and archiving of departmental documentation and achievement of targets · Records data enabling production control. * Records start and end times of work, hours worked, machine-hours, daily equipment reports, and downtime to calculate and analyze productivity. * May structure data derived from production reporting to enable performance evaluation of work teams. * Monitors production activities, performing prioritization and distribution of production orders. * Estimates material quantities and requests procurement. * Calculates production efficiency based on monitored KPIs. * Guides teams across various departments on production reporting matters to clarify doubts. * Submits documents and relays information to supervisors and other departments to report incidents and workplace accidents. * Organizes, forwards, and archives documentation related to departmental operations. * Drafts memoranda; documents activities by completing production reporting forms, reports, printed materials, forms, guides, bulletins, and batch release slips; issues copies of manufacturing instructions; requisitions materials. * Ensures achievement of quality and productivity targets. * Controls and monitors product labels. * Stores and handles raw materials and coatings in accordance with procedures. * Implements and promotes the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety policies.
