Promote the technical and professional development of employees. **About the Position** We are seeking a **Production Coordinator** to lead production teams and processes in **Jundiaí and Santana de Parnaíba**, with strong shop-floor involvement and a focus on operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. This role will play a key part in process standardization, performance indicator management, and supporting the implementation of new technologies across facilities. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the production team, fostering individual and collective engagement, ensuring a safe, healthy, and collaborative work environment, preventing conflicts, and supporting employees’ technical and professional development. * Monitor and analyze plant performance indicators (productivity, quality, service level, production delays, steam consumption, energy, water, and chemical usage), defining corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise operational routines, identifying process failures, evaluating product quality, and conducting periodic meetings to align goals and results. * Lead continuous improvement teams focused on quality, safety, equipment maintenance, and on-time delivery. * Plan and control production according to demand and customer requirements, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels. * Collaborate with the customer service department to manage requests and complaints, defining and tracking action plans with the operations team. Accompany technical visits by customers and suppliers, where applicable. * Manage HR indicators: absenteeism, overtime, time banks, turnover, vacations, and shift schedules. Deliver structured feedback, directing the team toward results and compliance with occupational safety regulations. Implement actions to reduce absenteeism and overtime, respecting current legislation and internal policies. Identify training needs and promote technical capacity building aligned with operational requirements and the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Assess area safety risks and ensure necessary actions are executed. Record, handle, and follow up on non-conformities from the Integrated Management System (IMS). Propose process and standard improvements to management to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or Chemistry * Experience on the shop floor * Extensive knowledge of managing operational or technical teams * Knowledge of performance indicator management and analysis **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or Production * Intermediate English or currently studying for conversational ability with international teams Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate) Driver’s License: Class B Willingness to travel * Transportation Allowance * On-site cafeteria * Parking * Dental care assistance * Performance-based bonus
