About This Opportunity Regal Rexnord is seeking a Procurement Intern to work onsite in Cotia - SP. Responsibilities for This Role * Support the Procurement team in departmental administrative routines; * Assist in issuing, reviewing, and tracking purchase orders; * Conduct supplier follow-up (email, phone) to ensure deadlines and confirmations; * Organize and update information in internal systems (TOTVS, SharePoint) and spreadsheets; * Prepare comparative proposal charts and support technical and commercial alignment; * Monitor approvals and procurement-related documentation per company policies; * Comply with internal quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures; * Perform related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Required Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel); * English proficiency is considered a plus; * Familiarity with TOTVS is considered a plus; * Experience preparing reports and dashboards is desirable.
