




Job Summary: HR Assistant focused on administrative and operational tasks, such as completing proposals, managing personnel requests, and timekeeping control. Key Highlights: 1. Routine support to the HR department JOB: HR ASSISTANT Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: \- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 \- Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (Weekly workload of 44 hours – with 1 hour for lunch/break daily) Main Responsibilities: \- Completion and management of commercial proposals / hiring proposals / ADRs (where applicable); \- Registration and management of personnel requests (hiring, data updates, leaves of absence, etc.); \- Collection, verification, and recording of employee timecards/electronic timekeeping (daily and/or monthly); \- Routine administrative and operational support to the HR department; \- Filing and organization of labor-related documents; \- Internal employee assistance (answering basic questions regarding timecards, benefits, documents, etc.); \- Support for other HR tasks as needed (e.g., updating employee records, vacation tracking, document delivery, etc.). Mandatory Requirements: \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in Human Resources / Personnel Department (preferably in timekeeping, hiring, or personnel administration); \- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (tables, filters, basic VLOOKUP); \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline regarding deadlines; \- Strong written and verbal communication skills; \- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and large volumes of information. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): \- Basic knowledge of labor legislation; \- Experience with electronic timekeeping systems or HR software (e.g., Senior, Totvs, Genyo, etc.); \- Completed high school education (currently pursuing or completed degree in Administration/HR Management is a plus).
