About This Opportunity Regal Rexnord is launching a search for an Electroelectronics or Electrotechnology Technician to work in Cotia – SP, on-site.* Temporary position for 6 months via staffing agency. Responsibilities of This Role* * Assemble parts for machines and equipment, reviewing and refining work instructions to ensure efficiency and quality; * Plan electroelectronics and electrotechnology maintenance and installation activities, proactively performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on customer and production equipment. * Organize and plan equipment shipment to external suppliers for repair, coordinating necessary logistics processes to ensure efficient return of equipment post-repair. * Perform advanced installation of systems and components, conducting complex measurements and tests to ensure system integrity and identify improvement opportunities. Required Qualifications* * Completed technical course in Electroelectronics, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. * Experience diagnosing, repairing, and testing multi-brand servo motors. * Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscope, megohmmeter, etc.). * Knowledge of feedback devices (encoders, resolvers, tachogenerators) and their alignment techniques. * Knowledge of electronic board repair. * Ability to methodically and accurately solve complex problems. * Strong interpersonal skills, helping customers diagnose failures and delivering clear technical reports. * Organized, practical, and autonomous in executing tasks. * Initiative to acquire new skills and continuously improve personal performance and departmental processes. * Availability for customer visits as required.
