We are looking for a professional to work as a Data Specialist, embedded in an automotive multinational located in Cajamar/SP. **Responsibilities:** * **Dashboard and Report Development:** Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and QlikView, ensuring reliability, usability, and performance of delivered solutions. * **Requirements Gathering and Analysis:** Map and document analytical needs from stakeholders across different departments, translating business demands into clear, results-oriented visual solutions. * **Data Communication and Presentation:** Apply storytelling principles and data literacy concepts to ensure insights are understood by any audience, regardless of technical background. * **Data Validation and Reliability:** Validate data displayed in dashboards jointly with the engineering team, ensuring consistency and integrity of presented information. * **BI Asset Standardization and Governance:** Ensure visual consistency, corporate identity, and best practices across all team BI assets, guaranteeing maintainability and alignment with group standards. * **Documentation of Metrics and KPIs:** Maintain up-to-date documentation of metrics, definitions, indicator glossary, and versioning of published dashboards. * **Regional and Global Projects:** Contribute to LATAM-level BI initiatives with strategic impact, collaborating on standardization of analytical solutions aligned with the company’s global strategy. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, workspace publishing, and analytical UX) and Qlik Sense (app creation, load scripts, and associative modeling); * Solid experience in data modeling for analytical consumption, including star schema, fact and dimension tables, and metric standardization; * Strong SQL skills for data exploration, transformation, and validation; * Experience using Snowflake as a data source; * Ability to translate business requirements into analytical and visual solutions, with strong focus on clarity, usability, and design; * Knowledge of data storytelling and data literacy concepts; * Advanced English for interaction with global teams and stakeholders.
