This role aims to develop practical and professional skills in a dynamic work environment, emphasizing learning and the application of knowledge in food service and retail. * Responsibilities: * Assist in customer service activities, seeking to understand customer needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. * Collaborate in inventory organization and control, ensuring products are properly stored and available for sale. * Perform basic administrative tasks, such as entering information into systems and supporting report preparation, contributing to internal process efficiency. * Participate in company-provided training and development programs, aiming to acquire new skills and knowledge that support professional growth. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of computer applications, especially text editing and spreadsheet tools. * Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams, cooperating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. * Interest in the food and beverage industry, seeking to learn about products and market trends. * Educational qualifications: Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Professional experience: No prior experience required; however, previous experience as an intern or in customer service roles will be considered an advantage. \*\* KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Practical knowledge: sufficient familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service, ability to resolve simple problems, and understanding of team-based work dynamics.**Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Barueri, SP, BR Apprenticeship On-site
