Mentor technical teams, promoting quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Opportunities for those who want to transform businesses and their careers!** --------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Desirable** • Experience in the U.S. payments market. • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in multi\-cloud environments. • Knowledge of observability, distributed logging, and tracing (ELK, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger). • Certifications in software architecture or cloud computing (AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.).### **Job Requirements** • Solid experience in software architecture for high-availability systems. • In-depth knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud computing (AWS). • Experience with security and compliance (PCI DSS, encryption, HSM). • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and integration of RESTful and GraphQL APIs. • Experience with messaging and data streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Hazelcast). • Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Experience with API Gateway (AWS API Gateway, Kong, Apigee, etc.). • Experience in the payments industry, especially in card processing. • Ability to lead technical teams, make strategic decisions, and interact with stakeholders. • Work location: Barueri or Belo Horizonte.### **Your Responsibilities** • This professional will be responsible for architecture design and governance, defining standards, versioning policies, code review strategies, and best practices in software engineering. • Serve as a critical liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, making strategic decisions for platform success. • Define and evolve the card processing platform architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. • Create and maintain architectural standards for microservices, defining best practices for development and versioning. • Work with container orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud computing (AWS), and security (PCI DSS, HSM). • Define and oversee code review policies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. • Govern APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices when using API Gateway. • Define caching strategies, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and high availability. • Evaluate relational and non-relational databases, ensuring appropriate selection and modeling for each scenario. • Collaborate with backend developers (Java, Spring) and frontend developers (Angular) to ensure optimal architectural implementation. • Interact with technical and business stakeholders, translating market needs into sound architectural decisions. • Mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.### **It’s important to remember that...** At UDS, we hire competent people who are eager to transform using their knowledge.
