We seek an analytical, organized professional with strong process awareness, who can efficiently structure information, track requirements, and support decision-making through analyses and KPIs. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the execution and monitoring of Supply Chain/Procurement projects; * Prepare analyses, reports, and managerial presentations; * Monitor KPIs, schedules, and action plans; * Map processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Organize and consolidate information to support decision-making; * Interface with various departments involved in projects; * Use analytical and automation tools to improve operational efficiency; * Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-powered tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Prior experience in projects, analyses, or support roles within Supply Chain/Procurement; * Analytical and organized profile, with strong ability to structure information; * Experience developing KPIs, controls, and presentations; * Knowledge of analytical and project management tools; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with or interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to corporate routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in procurement, logistics, or operations projects; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience in process automation and collaborative tools; * Knowledge of project management or continuous improvement methodologies. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model (1 day onsite), with availability for occasional client visits across various regions; * Location: São Paulo – South Zone (near Granja Julieta or Borba Gato metro stations); * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance (vale-refeição); * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Totalpass; * Life insurance.
