




**Job Objective** The Fraud Prevention Supervisor is responsible for managing the analyst team, ensuring that preventive analyses of banking and card fraud are conducted with **accuracy, efficiency, and in accordance with market-driven quality and security standards, as well as applicable regulations**. This professional must possess strong **analytical, leadership, and strategic vision capabilities**, working to optimize processes, develop the team, and propose continuous improvements to reduce financial losses and enhance fraud detection effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** ✔ **Lead and supervise the fraud prevention analyst team**, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational targets. ✔ **Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), quality, and efficiency**, implementing corrective and preventive actions when necessary. ✔ **Define fraud mitigation strategies**, analyzing patterns and trends to refine detection models. ✔ **Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies**, guaranteeing all analyses comply with security and compliance standards. ✔ **Oversee and optimize operational processes**, proposing automation and improvements to increase decision-making speed and accuracy. ✔ **Develop and train the team**, delivering technical training, refresher courses, and monitoring analysts’ progress. ✔ **Collaborate with the Quality department** to ensure analysis accuracy and continuous improvement in decision-making processes. ✔ **Interact with other departments (IT, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Legal, and Quality)** to ensure operational effectiveness and implementation of new control strategies. ✔ **Generate management reports and strategic analyses**, presenting insights to support executive decision-making. **Job Requirements** ✅ **Fraud Prevention Experience** – Strong expertise in banking and card fraud analysis, as well as knowledge of prevalent fraud schemes and tactics used in the market. ✅ **Leadership and Team Management** – Ability to supervise high-performing teams, develop talent, and ensure operational efficiency. ✅ **Analytical and Strategic Profile** – Skill in interpreting data, identifying patterns, and proposing effective risk mitigation solutions. ✅ **Knowledge of Anti-Fraud Tools and Systems** – Experience with Falcon, Actimize, Feedzai, SAS, and similar platforms. ✅ **Proficiency in Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL)** – Essential for data analysis and development of management reports. ✅ **Familiarity with Quality Methodologies and Processes** – Experience with COPC, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. ✅ **Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Skills** – Ability to operate under pressure and make agile, accurate decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** ✔ Experience in **BPO operations** or financial institutions. ✔ Certifications in **fraud, risk, compliance**, or related fields. ✔ Experience in **automation and enhancement of anti-fraud processes**. ✔ Flexibility regarding work hours.
