Job Summary: Ensure accounting structure and integration within the Totvs Protheus ERP system, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and consistency of financial information. Key Highlights: 1. Implement new CNPJs in the Totvs Protheus ERP system. 2. Perform accounting configurations and set up journal entries. 3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS). Ensure proper accounting structure, configuration, and integration within the ERP system (Totvs Protheus), guaranteeing compliance with accounting standards, consistency of financial information, and support for implementing new CNPJs and group processes. * Implement new CNPJs in the Totvs Protheus ERP system. * Perform accounting configurations in the system (chart of accounts, cost centers, rules, and mappings). * Configure and validate standardized journal entry reconciliations. * Lead system validation processes, ensuring adherence to accounting rules. * Ensure accounting integration among group companies. * Execute and review accounting reconciliation routines. * Support standardization of accounting and tax processes within the system. * Identify systemic inconsistencies and propose improvements. * Serve as the interface between accounting, tax, and IT departments. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS).
