Apply quality and lean tools in projects **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support LSH department operations for daily needs and new business initiatives regarding improvements/implementation through process analysis, solution development and implementation. Support the operational team in achieving OMS targets and ensuring operational efficiency with technical support. The candidate should ideally possess knowledge of lean, operational management, continuous improvement of logistics processes, and be proactive enough to actively participate in meetings and discussions with coordination and operational supervision teams. **Requirements** -------------- Required: Bachelor's degree completed \- Basic Power BI \- WMS experience \- Advanced Office \- Data-driven decision making \- Experience applying quality tools to processes \- Application of tools: Kaizen; VSM; chronometric analysis \- CAD layout design; project experience; Go-lives Intermediate English Logical reasoning / Written communication Desirable: Engineering / Project Management / Related fields English (intermediate) Spanish (basic) Knowledge of Logistics Operations Lean / Six Sigma / Yellow Belt Intermediate Excel **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will include:** 1\. Participate in the site improvement program, supporting implementation of ideas; 2\. Apply Lean and KAIZEN knowledge; 3\. Respond to requests from operational areas as directed by the manager; 4\. Participate in operational meetings, presenting status updates to relevant stakeholders; 5\. Comply with SHE requirements; 6\. Ensure compliance with safety concepts and regulations; 7\. Assist in sharing operational and systemic best practices; 8\. Collect and monitor project KPIs and operational status; 9\. Support advancement of KPIs by formalizing action plans for their certification; 10\.
