Here, what drives us is delivery speed, continuous innovation, and a 100% customer-centric mindset—ensuring technology serves as the primary enabler of high-quality, trustworthy experiences. **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Platform Engineering (infrastructure and tools as a product) and application architecture, participating in the development of scalable solutions within Java and .NET ecosystems. Responsible for designing solutions in collaboration with Corporate Architecture and implementing reference implementations alongside the Platform Engineering team—which standardizes and accelerates the developer journey, enhancing operational efficiency and squad productivity. ***Architecture and Platform Engineering:*** Define architectural standards and create optimized development pathways, ensuring technical consistency and quality of large-scale deliveries. Solid knowledge of distributed systems design and horizontal/vertical scalability strategies. Experience with messaging and queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS). In-depth knowledge of application and infrastructure security (authentication, authorization, encryption, OWASP). Proven experience with platform monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog). Knowledge of event-driven architecture. Demonstrated experience building/developing systems. Proven experience designing and implementing robust, secure APIs (RESTful, GraphQL). ***Modernization and Cloud:*** Implement and maintain robust cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure), applying best practices in infrastructure and managed services to build digital platforms (compute, storage, networking, serverless, etc.). ***Automation and CI/CD:*** Orchestrate continuous deployment pipelines and automate engineering processes to reduce time-to-market and ensure system integrity. ***Strategic Collaboration:*** Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to understand complex technical requirements, translating business needs into viable, resilient architectures through deep knowledge of various architectural styles (microservices, serverless, message-driven architecture, etc.) and their trade-offs, backed by practical implementation experience. ***Performance Optimization:*** Conduct in-depth performance and bottleneck analyses across applications, proposing improvements that guarantee high availability and operational efficiency of production solutions.
