




Job Description: Minimum Requirements: Completed Mechanical/Mechatronic Technical Course; Desirable Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Basic knowledge of SAP-PM software; Fundamentals of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance; Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams; Industrial welding training; Brazilian National Driver’s License; NR 10 – Safety Standards for Electrical Installations and Services; NR 12 – Safety Standards for Machinery and Equipment; NR 13 – Boilers and Pressure Vessels; NR 33 – Confined Space Operations; NR 35 – Working at Heights; Fundamentals of maintenance planning and control. * Perform daily tasks in compliance with environmental and occupational safety standards and procedures; * Conduct preliminary risk assessments, listing and requesting necessary authorizations for execution of critical activities; * Support central control panel operators by following predefined procedures; * Perform electrical and mechanical lockout/tagout procedures per PD222; * Carry out emergency and routine electrical (if qualified) and mechanical maintenance tasks within the production area; * Monitor maintenance activities on production line machinery to ensure service quality and equipment condition; * Conduct shift handover reporting, identifying issues encountered and pending or ongoing actions; * Perform equipment inspections according to specific checklists and maintain equipment cleanliness; * Complete equipment checklists based on observed component wear, indicating maintenance needs, reporting failures, and requesting repairs; * Occasionally perform product loading and electronic transfer, reporting quantities to the responsible department for invoice issuance and vehicle release; * Perform electric arc welding and oxyacetylene welding; * Conduct functional tests on equipment to verify whether work quality meets operational requirements—checking proper component fastening, abnormal noises, alignment, operating pressures, and other relevant parameters; * Focus on identifying improvement opportunities to optimize processes; * Calibrate dosing scales (electrical panel and weighing supervision) to ensure accuracy in inventory control; * Perform corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial equipment through fault diagnosis, provided the technician is qualified to carry out such tasks; * Record identified nonconformities and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions via work order (WO) issuance; * Respond to service calls via work orders, performing repairs and providing data regarding executed maintenance to update equipment history logs; * Request spare parts/equipment required to complete assigned tasks; * Act as field activity leader during one’s assigned shift, providing technical guidance to less-experienced colleagues. 251213020220300673
