Preferred Qualifications: * Technical degree (completed or in progress). * Perform day\-to\-day tasks, complying with environmental and occupational safety standards and procedures; * Conduct preliminary risk analysis, listing and requesting proper authorizations for critical task execution; * Provide support tasks to central control panel operators, following established procedures; * Perform mechanical lockout according to PD222 standard; * Carry out emergency and routine mechanical maintenance in the production area; * Monitor maintenance activities on production line machines to ensure service quality and equipment condition; * Report during shift changes, identifying occurred issues and pending and/or ongoing actions; * Perform equipment inspections following specific checklists, keeping equipment clean; * Fill out equipment checklists by observing part wear, indicating maintenance needs, reporting failures, and requesting repairs; * Occasionally perform product loading and electronic transfer, informing responsible departments of quantities for invoicing and vehicle release; * Occasionally operate forklifts, mini loaders, light vehicles, and trucks whenever necessary to carry out assigned tasks; * Perform electric and oxyacetylene welding; * Conduct operational testing on equipment, verifying that work quality meets proper operating requirements, checking component fastenings, abnormal noises, alignments, working pressures, and other items related to the nature of the work; * Focus on identifying improvements to optimize processes; * Clear blockages in chutes, cyclones, hoppers, and transfer chutes when necessary; * Clean smoke chambers according to the cleaning schedule established by production; * Calibrate dosing scales (electrical panel and weight monitoring) to ensure accurate inventory control; * Perform corrective mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment through failure diagnosis; * Record identified nonconformities and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions by issuing service orders (SO); * Respond to service calls via service orders, providing repairs and supplying maintenance data to update equipment history; * Request necessary parts/equipment required for job completion; * Act as field activity leader during their shift, technically guiding less experienced staff; * Perform sampling and testing according to the frequency defined in the Quality Control Plan, following technical procedures and standards. * Support the panel operator in controlling flour, clinker, and cement processes based on test results to ensure compliance with established specifications; * Monitor and ensure proper operation of X\-ray fluorescence equipment and its peripherals (cooling unit), sieve shaker and sieves, Blaine apparatus, muffle furnaces, scales, and other laboratory tools used in testing. 2511210202471375517
