Execute occupational health and safety process activities, aiming to verify compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines, and ensure unsafe acts and conditions affecting the safety of personnel within the airport site are properly analyzed and addressed. Respond to leadership requests and demands, accompanying audits, inspections, public agency oversight activities, expert assessments, among others, ensuring compliance and adherence to implemented OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) processes, testing systems, processes, and infrastructure. Conduct workplace inspections across administrative, operational, and construction areas within the airport site, including employee, third-party, concessionaire, and other partner behavior and risk perception, and channeling findings to respective departments capable of resolving identified issues. Rectify irregularities and reduce process risks by addressing non-conformities related to assigned activities, identifying hazards and assessing risks associated with airport operations, meeting requirements of applicable regulations, fulfilling, monitoring, and recording compliance with applicable legal requirements. Monitor adherence of ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency) technical obligations to the Integrated Management System concerning OHS topics, monitoring activities conducted at the airport site, as well as controlling and participating in development of area-specific programs and documents, engaging in proposed programs and recording them in specific forms. Train and/or support all employees on training relevant to the Integrated Management System and use of PPE/EPC (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment), guiding airport site personnel and third parties regarding process execution, and performing relevant recordkeeping. Contribute to implementation and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System concerning occupational health and safety activities, monitoring certifications and audits, and conducting necessary inspections related to such activities. Support leadership with information contributing to progress of OHS activities, complying with and enforcing laws and procedures, and standardizing airport site activities. Contribute to standardization of airport processes, ensuring optimal asset visibility aligned with established corporate objectives and targets, maximizing results, and contributing to standardized, systemic, and integrity-based (compliance) operations to achieve agreed-upon outcomes.
