**Job Description – Financial Credit Analyst** **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze credit proposals for **individuals and/or legal entities**, assessing financial and default risk; * Conduct analysis of **financial statements**, cash flow, revenue, debt levels, and credit history; * Consult and interpret information from **credit bureaus** (e.g., Serasa, SPC, SCR); * Define credit limits, terms, interest rates, and collateral in accordance with internal policies; * Prepare **credit opinions** and recommendations for approval or rejection; * Monitor the customer portfolio and risk indicators; * Support commercial areas with technical information and credit viability assessments; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields**; * Knowledge of **financial analysis, financial mathematics, and credit risk**; * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and decision-making ability; * Effective communication skills for report writing and interaction with internal departments; * Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (preferred). **Purpose of the Role:** Ensure the **quality of the credit portfolio**, balancing business growth and risk control to contribute to the company’s financial sustainability.
