Job Summary: Responsible for receiving customer inquiries, clarifying doubts, resolving issues, recording information, and identifying customer needs. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development and corporate education Responsibilities and Duties * Provide receptive customer service to clarify doubts, resolve issues, and address product-related requests; open support tickets; send invoices; and update customer records; * Record customer interaction details in the system to maintain an updated history and facilitate future contact; * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions based on customer profiles, using scripts and product and benefit information; * Forward complaints or specific requests to the responsible department for effective resolution. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma completed; Basic Office software proficiency; Effective communication; Collaboration; Agility; Empathy; Conflict management; Commitment; Prior experience in customer service areas is a plus.
