Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and optimizing production, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring quality and safety in the work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on workplace safety and organization Description: * High school diploma or equivalent; * Availability for shift schedules (4x4 or 2x2\). * Control production quantity according to specific OP and MIP; * Perform self-inspection and lubrication; * Assist in rework; * Meet production and scrap targets; * Keep process sheets up to date; * Perform changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, and corrections on printers within the assigned area; * Record issues identified on machines and equipment in the designated tracking system; * Execute tasks outlined in open work orders (OS); * Conduct tests and measurements based on MIPs; * Perform low-complexity maintenance (e.g., replacing pins, screws, nozzles, belts, air/oil leaks, etc.); * Complete production tracking and incident reports; * Know all safety and operational sensors and maintain them in perfect working condition; * Understand and practice occupational safety obligations, rights, and responsibilities; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in accordance with 5S principles; * Escalate to support departments as needed; * Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities in the assigned area. 2510310202231842011
