Work involving installation, maintenance, and technical support to customers. *For 20 years, Black Diamond Group has been engaged in the production of printing supplies and provision of printing solutions, such as laser and inkjet printer leasing, as well as copiers, repair, and servicing of printers to extend their reliable usage. The group is renowned for its strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, enabling it to achieve significant market presence.* *We seek a team member who wishes to grow with us.* *We seek a professional responsible for installing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on inkjet printers, ensuring their optimal operation and meeting customer demands promptly and with quality.* ***Main Responsibilities:*** * *Install and configure inkjet printers at customer sites or internally.* * *Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, nozzle inspection, firmware updates, etc.).* * *Carry out corrective maintenance (print head unclogging, part replacement, fault diagnosis).* * *Refill or replace inks and monitor continuous ink supply systems (Ecotank or bulk ink).* * *Assist customers with proper equipment usage guidance.* * *Record service visits and complete service orders.* * *Maintain organization and control of tools, parts, and consumables.* ***Requirements:*** * *Knowledge of inkjet printers (Epson, Canon, HP, etc.).* * *Ability to handle print heads, ink tanks, and electronic components.* * *Capability to perform accurate technical diagnostics.* * *Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills with customers.* ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * *Experience with A3/A3+ printers* * *Basic knowledge of networked printers* * *Valid driver's license for external assignments* Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.900,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * On a scale of 0 to 5, what is your level of experience? * Are you available to learn? * Do you consider yourself proactive?
