Contribute to the evolution of monitoring practices. **Job Description:** We are looking for a **network monitoring analyst** to monitor the critical network infrastructure continuously, ensuring high availability and performance of services. This professional will be an essential member of the operations team, focusing on monitoring, identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents, as well as contributing to improvements in monitoring processes and event automation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor network assets and services using NOC-specific tools. * Detect, analyze, and resolve incidents, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. * Escalate incidents according to internal procedures. * Contribute to the evolution of monitoring practices and integration with management systems. * Provide suggestions for optimizing processes and tools. **Requirements:** * Experience and solid knowledge of Routing and Switching. * In-depth knowledge of backbone networks (routers, switches, MPLS, BGP). * Experience with monitoring tools. * CCNA-level Cisco knowledge or equivalent (CCNA certification is a plus). **Work Model**: Hybrid — 3 days per week. **Location:** Cidade de Deus, Osasco/SP. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00. **Benefits** * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Childcare Assistance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing (PLR) Minimum Education: Technical Course
