Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable legislation We are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to lead building maintenance operations, coordinate teams, and directly contribute to the quality of environments at **Hospital Santa Lucinda** and **PUC\-SP – Sorocaba Campus**, ensuring our facilities provide safety, efficiency, and comfort for staff, students, patients, and the community. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead, guide, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration; * Plan, assign, and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance requests, ensuring timeliness and quality in service delivery; * Coordinate construction projects, renovations, and infrastructure projects, overseeing schedules, costs, quality, and technical compliance; * Manage contracts and services provided by third-party companies, ensuring adherence to institutional standards; * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to optimize processes and resources; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable legislation; * Guarantee availability and safety of critical equipment (generators, pumps, autoclaves, HVAC systems, fire alarm and detection systems); * Monitor energy, water, and other utility consumption, proposing efficiency measures; * Control inventory of materials and tools, ensuring traceability and proper usage; * Train the team on safe hospital maintenance practices; * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support operational continuity and service excellence; And other duties related to this position and department. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering; * Experience supervising maintenance and infrastructure teams; * Practical experience in construction project management, building maintenance, and work order administration; * Knowledge of planning, performance indicator management, budgeting, and contract control; * Proactive, organized profile with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; * Familiarity with Regulatory Norms (NRs), ANVISA standards, and legislation applicable to the healthcare sector; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC engineering drawings; * Availability for on-call shifts, emergency calls, and work across various hospital areas. **Additional Information** * Permanent position; * 40-hour weekly workload; * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday); * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, health insurance, on-site meals, pharmacy assistance, among others. #### **Want to work at one of the best hospitals in Sorocaba and surrounding regions?
