




Job Summary: The Construction Site Clerk will oversee daily site activities, recording production output, attendance, working hours, and materials used, while also providing administrative and logistical support to the field team and managers. Administrative document management and procurement and quotation support The Construction Site Clerk will be responsible for daily monitoring of on-site activities, recording production data, daily employee attendance, working hours, and materials used. They will collaborate closely with the field team and construction managers to ensure accurate recordkeeping and assist in planning and progress tracking of works. Support onboarding processes for new employees (documentation, PPE, employee forms). Assist in material dispatches and distribution/retrieval of tools; forward employee documents to respective departments. Receive suppliers, service providers, and visitors. Organize physical and digital files, project forms, and other administrative documents. Support receipt, verification, and forwarding of invoices, contracts, purchase orders, and reports. Perform data entry and updates in control spreadsheets (costs, measurements, materials, inventory). Support procurement, quotation, and material requisition processes with the warehouse. Receive, inspect, and register materials destined for the construction site. Requirements: Elementary education Minimum 12 months of experience as a Construction Site Clerk or in administrative roles on construction sites. Basic computer skills and proficiency in both manual and digital recordkeeping. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
