Job Summary: The Controller Analyst analyzes and oversees financial and accounting activities, prepares reports, and supports strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Supports the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. 2. Performs financial and accounting reconciliations. 3. Collaborates on improving processes and internal controls within the area. The Controller Analyst is responsible for analyzing and controlling the company's financial and accounting activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role involves preparing management reports, cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Additionally, it supports organizational strategic decision-making by providing relevant information for financial planning and control. * Support the preparation and monitoring of the company's budget and forecast. * Assist in financial performance analysis, identifying variances between actual and planned results. * Perform financial and accounting reconciliations, ensuring data integrity. * Support the preparation of management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Consolidate financial and operational data for controller analysis. * Assist in building and updating dashboards and management controls. * Support cost, expense, and margin tracking by cost center or department. * Participate in monthly closing, supporting analysis of management income statements (DRE). * Ensure organization and updating of databases and internal controls. * Support internal and external audits as needed. * Collaborate on improving processes and internal controls within the area. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or currently pursuing). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of financial analysis, costing, and budgeting. * ERP system knowledge preferred (TOTVS, Protheus, SAP, or similar). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
