Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Java Developer L3 to develop and evolve financial solutions, participating in building enterprise applications, integrations, and microservices within an agile environment. The professional will be responsible for developing Java applications, maintaining solutions on the Matera platform, and integrating with AWS cloud services—contributing to system quality, stability, and evolution.* **Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java; * Develop REST APIs and system integrations; * Participate in implementing and maintaining financial solutions using the Matera platform; * Develop and maintain microservices and enterprise applications; * Integrate with AWS services; * Perform corrective, evolutionary, and incident analysis maintenance; * Participate in code reviews and apply software development best practices; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies; * Ensure application quality, performance, and stability. **Requirements:** * Solid Java development experience; * Knowledge of Spring Boot; * Experience developing REST APIs; * Hands-on experience with AWS services; * Experience with the Matera platform in financial sector projects; * Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases; * Experience with Git; * Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development best practices; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). **Desirable / Differentiating Qualifications:** * Experience in banking or payment systems; * Knowledge of microservices architecture; * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar); * Knowledge of Docker and containers; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines; * Knowledge of application monitoring and observability. **Behavioral Profile:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is skilled and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
