Job Summary: The professional will manage the Quality Plan for civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with specific standards and certifications, with a focus on Data Centers. Will promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement You will join the **Civil Engineering team.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, implement, and manage the Project Quality Plan, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards and project specifications. * Conduct quality inspections, audits, and verifications at all construction stages (foundation, structure, electrical installations, HVAC, safety, etc.). * Ensure compliance with Data Center-specific standards and certifications (Uptime Institute Tiers, TIA\-942, ASHRAE, NFPA, applicable NBRs, among others). * Manage the non-conformance process, including identification, recording, root cause analysis, definition, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate and monitor testing and commissioning processes for critical systems (electrical, HVAC, automation). * Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among internal teams and subcontractors. * Prepare and manage project quality documentation (records, inspection reports, test plans, *as\-builts*). * Actively participate in planning and execution meetings, reporting on quality status and proposing solutions. * Perform qualification and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications, or Production) * Active CREA registration * Experience in Data Center construction or similar critical infrastructure (e.g., hospitals, high-performance processing centers) * In-depth knowledge and practical experience applying ISO 9001 (preferably with Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification) * Proficiency in Data Center-related technical standards and guidelines (Uptime Institute Tiers, TIA\-942, ASHRAE, NFPA, NBRs) * Familiarity with non-conformance management systems and continuous improvement tools * Excellent communication (verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, and teamwork skills * Proactivity, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems * Experience in large-scale construction projects **Additional Information** Swile Card \- Flexible Benefit Total Pass Birthday day off Equipment required to perform your job Partnerships with Educational Institutions Corporate University At Grupo Método, we work to foster an inclusive culture.
