Ensure machine safety and productivity **\-SALARY TO BE AGREED** The Heavy Equipment Workshop Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for civil construction equipment, such as excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, tractors, compacting rollers, and trucks. This role ensures equipment availability and optimal operation, aiming for safety, productivity, and reduced operational costs. This professional leads the workshop’s mechanical and technical team, assigning tasks, monitoring work progress, providing technical support for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Responsibilities also include managing work orders, maintenance records, tool management, and supporting spare parts and material inventory control.
