




**Description** The Communication and Events Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring internal and external communication activities, as well as organizing and supporting institutional and educational events. Works in an integrated manner with different school departments, contributing to strengthening the institution's image, engaging the school community, and promoting the institution's activities and values. **Responsibilities and duties** Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the institution's mission and values. Produce and review content for various channels (website, social media, newsletters, bulletin boards, family announcements, among others). Support the creation and execution of institutional, promotional, and educational campaigns. Plan and organize internal and external events such as fairs, lectures, celebrations, graduations, and community events. Carry out photographic and audiovisual coverage of events, as well as subsequent documentation and dissemination through institutional channels. Ensure visual brand identity consistency across all materials and communications. Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and communication and event partners. Support communication with families, ensuring clarity, empathy, and institutional coherence. Monitor engagement metrics and propose continuous improvements in communication initiatives. Collaborate closely with educational, administrative, and institutional marketing departments. **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, or related fields. Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication, Educational Marketing, or Event Management. Experience: Prior experience in institutional communication and/or event organization, preferably in the educational sector.
