Job Description: Extractta, an IT consulting firm specializing in data-driven solutions, is launching a recruitment process for a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a strategic SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration project at Elopar. We seek an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully managing secure and efficient transitions between these platforms. Hybrid work model based in Alphaville Industrial, Barueri – SP Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and lead the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources; * Coordinate cross-functional teams (SAP consultants, infrastructure, data, testing, and business); * Implement SAP Activate methodologies, applying Greenfield and Brownfield accelerators as appropriate to the project context; * Identify and mitigate risks, anticipate obstacles, and resolve technical challenges; * Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent alignment on progress and outcomes; * Oversee testing processes (functional, integration, and performance) to guarantee platform transition quality; * Support user and technical team training for adaptation to S/4HANA; * Apply governance practices, change control, and benefits management throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects; * In-depth knowledge of relevant SAP modules and business processes across ECC and S/4HANA platforms; * Hands-on experience with Greenfield and Brownfield migration accelerators; * Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is desirable; * Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; * Experience with traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Scrum, SAP Activate) methodologies; * Strategic capabilities in planning, negotiation, and risk mitigation. 2512030202191666614
