In this journey, we seek a Project Manager to lead initiatives related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, managing the full project lifecycle — from planning and scope definition through to final delivery and performance monitoring. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination between business areas and technical teams, ensuring strategic and operational alignment essential for initiative success. A core part of the role will be facilitating integration between functional and technical teams, especially in customization, support, and evolution of solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and monitor project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. * Monitor and manage activity execution, identifying and mitigating risks, as well as proposing solutions to potential issues. * Communicate clearly and effectively with the team, stakeholders, and leadership, keeping\-them informed about project progress. * Lead follow-up, alignment, and decision-making meetings, fostering collaboration and team engagement. * Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor project performance and support strategic decision-making. **Join Nexer** Requirements: **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 3\+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a mid- to large-sized company. * Solid knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies. * Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, DevOps, Trello, Jira, among others. **What would strengthen your application:** * Experience in CRM system implementation projects * Advanced/Fluent English Benefits **PJ (Contractor):** Porto Seguro Health Insurance; ️ Paid Leave — 10 days per year; Multibenefit Card worth R$ 1\.000,000; ️ Financial support for English language improvement; ‍ Fantastic partnerships: Mackenzie, USP Esalq, Senac, and Renault on Demand; Microsoft certifications; Opportunity to work on international projects.
