**Senior Project Manager** We are seeking a dynamic, experienced professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to ensure project success, manage escalations, and build strategic partnerships—both internally and with our clients. This role will be responsible for supporting commitments to clients, ensuring that projects meet scope, schedule, milestones, budget, and quality expectations. This will be achieved through detailed planning and effective management of scope, cost, and quality, aligned with Cleartech’s delivery methodology—which encompasses agile, traditional, and hybrid models. The incumbent will lead and support multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with departments including Operations, Solution Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, Controller’s Office, external partners, and other stakeholders—ensuring high-impact deliveries and excellence. Additionally, this professional will supervise and mentor other project managers, directly contributing to initiatives aimed at improving quality, processes, methodologies, and scalability. **What we expect from you:** * Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients. * Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues swiftly, mitigate risks, and deliver an exceptional client experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands. * Prior experience working as a vendor. * Proven experience managing IT projects; telecom knowledge is a plus. * Proactive, results-oriented profile. * Proficiency in delivering presentations and facilitating client meetings. * Ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. * Experience managing complex, high-risk projects or programs. * Expertise in detailed planning, including creating and maintaining schedules in MS Project and Planner, as well as validating schedules prepared by other project managers. * Analytical capability to identify root causes of problems, propose solutions, and make sound decisions. * Experience in risk management and mitigation. * Experience in systems integration companies or large service organizations, managing both internal and external resources across complex IT projects. * Technical knowledge enabling effective oversight of infrastructure, software development, information security, and system integration activities. * Leadership and influence with clients and internal departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Information Technology, Administration, or Engineering. * Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing IT projects at a senior level—from inception through delivery of large-scale projects. * Advanced English and/or Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). * Experience developing and implementing software products. * In-depth knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, MS Planner, and similar platforms. * Ability to build MS Project schedules that are easy to maintain—structured with well-defined tasks, clear dependencies, strategic milestones, consistent resource usage, duration, and effort—enabling simple updates and rapid progress visualization. * Mastery of project management methodologies and tools (PMP, SCRUM, agile and traditional methods). * Strong risk management, escalation handling, and executive stakeholder engagement capabilities. * Ability to balance business outcomes, client satisfaction, and team capacity. * Effective communication with diverse audiences (technical, executive, client). * Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous initiatives. * Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Emotional intelligence and empathy to navigate team dynamics and address stakeholder concerns.
