Act consistently and proactively as an agent of transformation in project delivery and in the operational continuity of the Networks/Telecom/IT environment, aligned with market trends, methodologies, and best practices for high-criticality environments adopted by the industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***1\. Technological Evolution*** *Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and the development of new data, voice, and telecommunications network technologies.* **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Production Engineering; Systems Analysis and Development; Technology in Networks, Telecommunications, or other IT-related fields; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. **Training and Certifications** Desirable: MBA or postgraduate degree in business administration, business management, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or Master’s in IT or related areas such as Networks, Telecom, Cloud, or IT Infrastructure in general. Desirable/Advantageous: IT-related certifications (Cisco, PaloAlto, AWS, Google, etc.); IT Governance certifications (ITIL, COBIT, etc.); Project Management certifications (PMI, Scrum, etc.). **Knowledge** Relevant experience in Networks, Telecom, Cloud, and other IT Infrastructure areas. Solid experience in managing Public Cloud environments. Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networks, WAN networking technologies, and VPN techniques. Knowledge of network automation and basic programming techniques. Proficiency in financial project management procedures. **Competencies** Experience leading functional teams in IT Infrastructure. Experience managing Public Cloud environments (technical and financial). Solid experience in monitoring, administration, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment and devices related to Telecom and Computer Networks (TCP/IP). Ability to design, detail-plan, implement, and support LAN/WAN network solutions, Public Cloud services, and hybrid networks. Experience leading teams focused on technical efficiency with executive-level reporting. Experience producing documentation for RFPs, RFIs, and other procurement processes, including cost/benefit financial analysis and supplier relationship management. Technical English for reading and interacting with international partners and representing the company at events.
