If you resonate with our culture, join our \#Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure service quality and administrative process excellence for low-complexity clients, meeting SLAs and KPIs agreed upon with clients under your responsibility; **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education in Electronics, Information Technology, Data Processing, or related fields; or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Exact Sciences, or related areas. Experience in people management; experience in the print outsourcing market; currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exact Sciences. Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Specific competencies: • Ability to influence • Commitment to solutions.
