




Description: Responsibilities of the Position Position Objective: Provide assistance in organizing computer network administration and supporting users regarding hardware and software. Main Activities: * Provide first-level support for software, systems, hardware, and IT/Network infrastructure; * Provide first-level support for incidents and requests related to the hospital management system and ERP, contacting external support teams when necessary; * Install/uninstall/configure/move IT equipment; * Monitor/control/support open incident tickets until resolution; * Monitor/manage emails related to IT; * Monitor/manage payment orders for services under IT responsibility, and contact suppliers when necessary; * Monitor/perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT park equipment; * Request/manage IT supplies and inventory of consumables under IT responsibility; * Control registration and release (spreadsheets and forms) for use of IT-provided services, such as mobile telephony, mobile extensions, and others; * Manage IT department asset control; * Supervise external suppliers until completion of assigned services; * Prepare and maintain updated departmental documents and reports; * Monitor data center temperature; * Conduct training sessions for Resident and Intern Integration/Onboarding Programs, and support/orient users on system usage; * Participate in institutional training programs; * Support departmental activities as needed; * Meet deadlines, goals, and requirements defined by the immediate supervisor; * Comply with institutional norms, regulatory instructions, and protocols; * Adhere to vaccination schedules and periodic medical examinations; * Safeguard materials and equipment.
