This role is critical to driving growth in Cloud and Modern Work solutions, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting the development of internal teams. Key Responsibilities: * Management of BDMs and Solution Architects. * Lead commercial/technical team, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive growth in Cloud, Modern Work, Security, and Azure solutions. * Execute the LSP unit’s strategy. * Manage relationships with strategic partners. * Pipeline governance, forecasting, and performance tracking. * Support marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives. * Conduct strategic negotiations and resolve blockers. Requirements: * Experience in IT distribution (LSP experience preferred). * Solid knowledge of partner ecosystems, licensing, and Cloud. * Experience managing commercial/technical teams. * Fluent English. * Experience with Cloud, Modern Work, Security, Data \& AI solutions. * Technical certifications (preferred). * Results-oriented, strategic mindset, and customer focus. * Effective communication, influence, and stakeholder management; ability to develop talent and inspire confidence.
