Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, planning, and executing financial operations, controlling administrative activities, and applying analytical and commercial approaches to enhance customer loyalty. Management of the operator team and operational KPIs **Responsible for organizing, planning, and executing the financial operations of the business unit, ensuring control over administrative transactions. Collaborate analytically and commercially with the business unit’s Operators to foster customer loyalty through high-quality service delivery.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and monitor team schedules, planning and ensuring operators’ timely arrival and departure; * Organize and maintain team operational KPIs, including sales exclusions, vouchers, operational errors, service targets, product verification standards, financial service monitoring, and Private Label card issuance; * Ensure warehouse organization by supervising the area weekly, placing orders upon Manager approval, and systematically recording consumption of items; * Coordinate with business unit management to maintain cashier and administrative office areas in compliance with established 5S standards; * Execute all operational security protocols aimed at Loss Prevention; * Monitor and guide daily KPIs (PP, PCJ, PL, and PA); * Optimize customer flow at cashier lines by organizing and directing customers, including implementation of “Line Manager” and “Express Checkout” initiatives; * Plan and deliver quick training sessions to ensure efficient financial operations at cashiers; * Organize and execute “cash withdrawals” with store operators, adhering to established procedures; * Ensure operators perform cross-functional tasks within the business unit; * Daily verify pending card transactions in the SITEFWEB system (document digitization system) during business unit closing and email the administrative unit’s finance department; * Monitor digitization of cashier receipts in Safe-doc (sales management system), ensuring no payment receipts are missing; * Perform daily reconciliation of business unit cashier closings to confirm accurate transaction entries, and conduct physical cash counts and payment verifications; * Carry out administrative tasks at the unit as directed by respective administrative departments (HR, IT, Tax, Finance, etc.); * Ensure the team adopts a cost-reduction mindset (e.g., proper use of shopping bags, gift packaging, and other available materials); * Ensure operators do not use passwords assigned to others and enforce disciplinary measures if personal passwords are misused. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education: Completed High School** **Required Experience for Full Proficiency: Minimum one year serving as Store Operator.** **Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)** **Knowledge of administrative routines;** **Commercial orientation, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor;** **Strong observational ability** **Logical reasoning** **Additional Information** **Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree** Founded in 1980, Humanitarian Calçados is a footwear retail chain operating 50 stores across more than 22 cities in the states of SP, RJ, MG, and PR, ranking among the top five companies in Brazil’s footwear segment.
