Job Summary: Lead and coordinate the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring operational and financial feasibility while developing proposals for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and innovation in logistics operations Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related fields); Postgraduate degree (preferred); * Advanced English / Advanced Excel; * Experience leading project teams, prioritizing tasks, and organizing action plans; * Experience with agile methodologies; * In-depth knowledge of logistics operations; * Proficiency in business case development, considering financial metrics such as Payback, ROI, and IRR; * Advanced knowledge of project management and process improvement; * Knowledge of project methodologies and/or continuous improvement frameworks is preferred, with proven experience; * Availability for hybrid work, with 2 days per week onsite in Cajamar/SP; * Willingness to travel across Brazil. Responsibilities: * Structure, coordinate, and lead project implementations, ensuring accuracy in cost and agreed timelines; * Develop and present business cases for operational and financial feasibility of new technologies and equipment aimed at operational improvements, providing reliable data to support better decision-making; * Develop proposals for improvement and innovation in Loggi's operations (Cross Docking and Agencies) through high-complexity projects led by your team, targeting enhancements in quality, safety, productivity, and cost; * Plan and organize tasks and schedules for projects under your leadership; * Coordinate a team of analysts to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution; * Manage CAPEX.
