You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and integrated execution of the full order-to-cash (OTC) cycle, guaranteeing delivery timelines, quality, service levels, and costs — all while focusing on customer experience and operational excellence. If you enjoy team management, pay close attention to detail, and wish to contribute to a solid, market-recognized company, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the full order cycle (OTC) from order release through customer delivery, ensuring compliance with agreements, quality standards, and scheduled deadlines; * Serve as the focal point between Commercial, Logistics, and Transportation departments, ensuring integration, alignment, and communication across functions; • Monitor and ensure performance indicators (KPIs) for processes such as OTIF, OTD, Fill Rate, Aging, and carrier SLAs; * Identify opportunities within order scheduling workflows, propose customer-focused solutions, implement best practices and methodologies to guarantee timeliness, efficiency, and service quality; * Maintain customer focus while balancing service level versus costs, sustaining operational excellence and goal achievement; * Possess experience serving FOB and CIF customers and managing relationships with Key Accounts, Cash & Carry, and proximity retail accounts; * Demonstrate a holistic view of the supply chain. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and order management. * Advanced knowledge of performance metrics (OTIF, OTD, Fill Rate, Aging, SLAs). * Experience serving FOB and CIF customers and managing strategic account relationships (Key Account, Cash & Carry, retail). * Ability to collaborate integrally with Commercial, Logistics, and Transportation departments. * Systemic view of the supply chain and analytical capability to propose improvements. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in continuous improvement projects and implementation of Lean or similar methodologies. * Knowledge of TOTVS and logistics management tools. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
