Control inventory and store organization A footwear store is seeking a Store Manager in Barueri (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Manage the team of sales associates, customer service representatives, cashiers, and other staff. Set sales targets and monitor store performance. Supervise customer service to ensure quality and satisfaction. Control inventory, manage merchandise receiving, and maintain store organization. Plan work schedules and assign tasks to the team. Monitor performance indicators such as sales, losses, and productivity. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and store presentation standards. Train and develop the team, promoting skill enhancement and motivation. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
