Responsibilities Supervise and monitor the performance of multiple stores. Conduct regular visits to each unit to ensure service quality and operational standards. Provide support and guidance to local store managers. Align commercial strategies and implement sales campaigns and initiatives. Ensure standardization of processes, store layout, customer service, and merchandising across all stores. Monitor goals, performance indicators, and sales reports. Support team development and people management. Control expenses, inventory, and assist in financial decision-making. Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions. Requirements Prior experience as a store manager or supervisor/regional manager. Leadership and team management skills. Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel to various units.
