Opportunity for growth within an established group A Casa da Lingerie is Sorocaba's largest lingerie group, with 5 physical stores that combine tradition, quality, and personalized customer service. We are seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to work directly at our store located in the center of Sorocaba, SP. The professional will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring achievement of established targets, supervising customer service, and implementing strategies to optimize the shopping experience. Additionally, they will monitor and track team performance to guarantee high standards of service quality. This is an on-site position with a formal employment contract. Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team. * Monitor goals and performance indicators (average transaction value, conversion rate, revenue). * Implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty. * Conduct regular alignment meetings and training sessions with the team. * Ensure excellence in customer service and adherence to company standards. * Support store operational management (inventory, staff scheduling, cash register opening/closing, etc). Requirements * Prior experience in sales supervision or coordination (retail experience is a plus). * Team management and assertive communication skills. * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation. * Availability to work on-site in Sorocaba/SP.
