Prepare sales and cash flow reports to support management **Position Summary:** Responsible for supervising and coordinating the sales team and cashier activities, ensuring excellence in customer service, achievement of commercial targets, and accurate financial operations of the store. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team, promoting a motivating and productive work environment * Supervise cashier operations, ensuring accuracy in receipts, payments, and daily closing * Monitor sales staff performance, tracking targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Ensure high-quality customer service, handling conflict resolution and complaints * Train and develop the team, identifying training needs * Maintain store organization, product display, and adherence to visual standards * Support inventory management, preventing losses and discrepancies * Prepare sales, cash flow, and team performance reports * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures * Collaborate with management to implement commercial strategies Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: Starting at R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
