Job Summary: Coordinate unit sales by developing the sales team, managing customers, monitoring performance, and prospecting new business opportunities to maximize results. Key Highlights: 1. Support complex negotiations to maximize results. **Job Mission** Coordinate unit sales by directly contributing to the development of the sales team, management of the customer portfolio, performance monitoring, prospecting of new business opportunities, and support for more complex negotiations—aiming to maximize results and ensure the company's sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate unit sales, directly supporting sales representatives' development, analyzing the customer portfolio, monitoring performance, prospecting new business opportunities, and assisting in more complex negotiation situations to drive company results; * Lead the sales team by mastering all processes, training and upskilling team members to fully perform their duties while adhering to the company's disciplinary policies; * Participate in or monitor the team’s customer portfolio, tracking daily sales results, reallocating customers when necessary to achieve an optimal balance between the number of customers assigned per sales representative and the quality (level) of service provided; * Monitor sales targets using internal controls, applying corrective actions to identified deviations and taking appropriate measures with the team to achieve expected goals; * Guide the team in negotiations and in acquiring new customers (individuals and legal entities), authorizing discounts within approved authority limits, promoting campaigns, visiting customers when needed, and complying with the company’s commercial, financial, and logistics policies—minimizing risks and enhancing organizational results; * Assist in mapping potential markets to identify greater sales opportunities by recognizing each customer’s specific needs; * Analyze post-sales service requests, routing them to relevant specialist departments for resolution, and actively follow up and monitor outcomes with involved departments; * Maintain relationships with support departments (Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Logistics) to resolve issues efficiently; * Support people administration activities (hiring, performance evaluation, feedback, and terminations) and ensure smooth daily store operations. **Basic Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Management Processes, Human Resources Management, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in technologies: Email, Systems, Telephony, Office (Word, Excel); * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales (desirable); * Knowledge and experience in leading sales teams. **Desirable Qualifications** * Sales administration experience in wholesale and retail segments; * Knowledge and experience in refrigeration will be considered a plus; * Knowledge in refrigeration and air conditioning.
