Our objective is to centralize and lead customer relationship management across the Bradesco Organization, focusing on proactive outreach through commercial actions for product offerings and relationship-building initiatives aimed at customer loyalty and engagement—corporately ensuring a customer-centric approach. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: São Paulo / Osasco **Your Day-to-Day** As a Data Science Manager, you will work within the CRM Management – Project Management team, with primary responsibilities including: * Structuring knowledge databases for AI; * Collaborating with business segments to understand operational challenges; * Data observability governance and quality assurance; * Coordinating with technical teams and managing projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Databricks; * Tableau; * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); * Python; * SQL.
