Position: Store Leader Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Your responsibilities: Lead and supervise the customer service and production team Ensure excellence in customer service Organize the store, display window, and inventory Monitor sales targets and performance indicators Store and cash register opening and closing Train new employees Ensure compliance with standards, processes, and best practices Support administrative routine management Requirements: Completed high school education (college degree is a plus) Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor, or store manager Basic knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and targets Flexible availability for working hours Experience in customer service Desired profile: Leadership and strong communication skills Organization, agility, commitment, and proactivity Sense of responsibility Problem-solving ability Interest in working with targets and people Affinity with the food/confectionery industry We offer: Competitive salary aligned with the role Transportation allowance Meal allowance / Food allowance Opportunity for career growth Bonus A welcoming environment full of cookies!
