Lead, train, and guide production operators and assistants, promoting team engagement and strong performance. Plan and monitor the production schedule, controlling volumes, deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements in production processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal operation of the production line. Previous experience as Production Coordinator, Operations Manager, Production Leader, or Manufacturing Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
