As an Operations Leader in the Supplies area, you will be responsible for ensuring our operations have all necessary resources to deliver products to our customers—from packaging materials to essential services such as cleaning. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the Purchasing and Operations teams, ensuring material availability and managing our service providers. What You’ll Do: * Lead a dedicated team of approximately 8 people; * Strategically manage packaging and other supplies inventory, ensuring proper replenishment through predictive analytics; * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with our suppliers. * Implement continuous improvements in area processes; * Optimize costs while maintaining the quality of packaging we send to our customers; * Monitor services performed by our partner suppliers. Desired Profile: * Strategic vision and analytical capability; * Experience in people management and team development; * Ability to work with data and make evidence-based decisions; * “Hands\-on” mindset, willing to perform various tasks with a focus on delivering results; * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Work Location: Cajamar\-SP Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:48**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience in people management; * Experience in inventory control; * Experience and proficiency with Excel (data management, charts, and pivot tables). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience in supplier management; * Experience in KPI monitoring and control; * Experience in process management and continuous process improvement; * Advanced English language proficiency.
