A large-scale logistics sector company is looking for an Operations Leader to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, coordinating logistical processes with a focus on excellence, safety, and customer service. Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising operational activities, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and compliance targets with safety, health, and environmental standards. You will also lead the operational team, promote employee development, monitor performance, and support management in analyzing results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed bachelor's degree; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
