CLEANING LEADER

Job Summary: Lead the cleaning and maintenance team, managing service execution, material control, and ensuring health and safety, with a focus on surface assessment and selection of appropriate products. Knowledge of floor treatment and operation of cleaning machines Lead the cleaning and maintenance team in performing cleaning tasks (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture and utensils, machines and equipment, etc.) in indoor spaces and outdoor areas. Implement work orders, receive and inspect consumables, store and control materials, assess the type of surface to be treated, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture and utensils, machines and equipment, etc.) in indoor spaces and outdoor areas. Main Responsibilities: * 1\. Implement work orders, including methodology, routines, and frequencies; * 2\. Check inventory levels and request purchases of consumables (chemicals and cleaning products); * 3\. Receive and inspect consumables, verifying quality and expiration dates of chemicals and cleaning products; * 4\. Store and control inventory of consumables (chemicals and cleaning products); * 5\. Dilute and dose products (chemicals and cleaning agents); * 6\. Distribute and control consumables for the team; * 7\. Assess the type of surface to be cleaned, degree of soiling, and type of dirt, selecting appropriate cleaning products and materials; * 8\. Lead the team in cleaning furniture and utensils, curtains and blinds, machines and equipment, vacuuming, façade washing, glass cleaning, dirt removal, washing, sweeping, waxing, mopping, and drying surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings in enclosed or open environments; garbage collection and segregation; unclogging drains, sinks, and toilets; * 9\. Analyze routine and frequency records of cleaning activities; * 10\. Perform related tasks; * 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System; * 12\. Knowledge of floor treatments, operation of washer-dryer machines, floor polishers, and high-pressure washers (WAP); * 13\. Knowledge of office cleaning routines; * 14\. Product dilution, separation, and delivery of materials; * 15\. Supervise and monitor the team and its routines; * 16\. Sort, organize, and deliver PPE and uniforms; manage PPE record sheets; oversee checklist completion; * 17\.
