




**Cost and Controller Analyst** We are seeking a professional responsible for preparing, developing, and analyzing essential financial information to ensure management can make well-founded decisions, thereby guaranteeing future stability, growth, and profitability. This role involves costing processes, management reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inventory and Costing Process: Manage costing and inventory processes, including development of standard costs, variance analysis, quotation preparation, stock control, and support for strategic analyses to inform business decisions.* Management Reporting and Financial Analysis: Prepare financial reports and monthly statements, including journal entries, budget-versus-actual variance analysis, and KPIs. Manage capital and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic goals, and develop financial models to support decision-making. Ensure compliance in processes such as intercompany transactions, documentation of routines, and support for period-end closing meetings.* Forecasting: Support annual forecasting and budgeting processes. Support quarterly business reporting with required analyses and contextual insights.* Ad-hoc Support and Tasks: Support the Finance Manager and General Director on financial and costing projects. Collaborate with the CI Leader to ensure cost-saving initiatives. Support processes and audits as needed. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences.
